Clonmel Community Based Drug Initiative

This Community-Based Service works with those aged over twelve where substance use or addiction are negatively affecting them and those around them.
The project has one staff member and a team of local community volunteers. It aims to help people in active addiction to gain a deeper understanding of the harm that substance misuse is causing and how to reduce this harm.
